PRIVACY POLICY OF DOKI

 

  1. Jarosław Szymański, conducting business activity under the name Studio 1:1 Jarosław Szymański with the registered office in Gdańsk (80-178) at ul. Franciszka Mamuszki 41, NIP 9570518017, REGON 192638512, registered at the Central Registration and Information on Business kept by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology , as the owner of the online shop run under the website address https://doki.com.pl (hereinafter called: “doki”), attaches great importance to the protection of the doki users’ privacy, their personal data, as well as the security of its processing.
  2. Studio 1:1 is the Controller of the doki users’ personal data. Due to the disposition of the provision of art. 37 item 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data as well as repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter called: GDPR), a data protection officer was not appointed.
  3. The doki users’ personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable law, in particular with the provisions of the Act dated 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended) as well as the Act dated 18 July 2002 on electronically supplied services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended).
  4. Provision of the personal data by the user is voluntary, but necessary to use doki.
  5. Subject to item 7 below, the personal data of users are processed in order to execute the Contract and to take action before concluding it at the user’s request according to art. 6 item 1 point b) of the GDPR. Moreover, with the users’ prior consent, the above data may be processed by Studio 1:1 for marketing purposes, on the basis of art. 6 item 1 point b) of the GDPR.
  6. Subject to item 8 below, the user of doki has at any time the right to access their own personal data; the right to rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object against inappropriate processing, with the reservation that the request to erase or to restrict its processing may result in the termination of the Sales Contract concluded, and may render using Electronically Supplied Services impossible.
  7. Studio 1:1 collects automatically acquired information regarding IP addresses of users visiting doki and using its functionality. Information collected in this way is used to administer doki, periodically analyse the visiting and activity statistics, as well as analyse the functionality of doki.
  8. The data collected automatically cannot be altered or removed.
  9. Subject to items 10 and 11 below, Client’s personal data, indicated in item 1, shall not be transferred to any third parties with the exception of the entity providing tax and accounting services for the Controller, and except for situations where the Controller shall be obliged to provide information within the scope of a legal obligation incumbent on him.
  10. If the user of the online shop on the doki website selects payment through the PayU system, his personal data will be provided to the extent necessary for payment conclusion for the sake of PayU S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (60-324) at ul. Grunwaldzka 182, registered at the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000274399.
  11. If the user of the online shop on the doki website selects the delivery method via a courier company, his personal data will be forwarded to the courier company to the extent necessary for delivery, to the address indicated by the user.
  12. The doki website uses cookies. The Cookies Policy is included in a separate document entitled “Cookies Policy at the doki website” available in the “Cookies Policy” tab.
  13. The doki website may contain links to other websites. Studio 1:1 is not responsible for privacy policy rules binding on these websites. Using a link the user should become familiar with the policy privacy applied in Internet services of the linked sites. The hereby privacy policy refers to doki only.
  14. Personal data of the doki users shall be stored and processed for the duration of the Contract concluded with the Studio 1:1 and the period of prescription of claims resulting therefrom as well as in any other necessary scope for the period required by legal regulations concerning archiving the data. Personal data shall not be processed in an automated manner. The user has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body when he considers the processing of his personal data by Studio 1:1 to violate the provisions of the GDPR.   15. Doki development, technological progress, or changes of law regulations may result in the need or responsibility to introduce modifications of Privacy Policy. In the case of Privacy Policy change, appropriate modifications will be published on the doki website in the “Privacy Policy” tab.
